We use PayPal for processing credit cards. To pay your invoice with your credit card, follow these instructions:
- At support.sixu.comclick on Account > Login in the top-right end of the navigation bar.
- Login using your username and password. The username is the email address we have on file for you. This should be the email address where you have received Sixu notifications. If you do not know your password, click the Request a Password Reset and follow the instructions.
- Once logged in, click on Billing > My Invoices on the navigation bar.
- Click on View Invoice next to the invoice you want to pay.
- At the top of the invoice click on the button that says PayPal Check Out and you will be redirected to PayPal to pay with your credit card.
- Once payment is complete, you will be redirected back to support.sixu.com for payment confirmation.
